YOUR MEAL PLAN
Your new meal plan will have many benefits including weight loss, anti inflammatory properties and it helps you reduce IBS symptoms (bowel problems). We don’t starve to shred fat, We eat clean!
Your diet is very important to succeed. I supply you with a meal plan and I help you stay motivated and inspired for the next 8 weeks. We eat good, healthy foods that will make you energized for your workouts!
You will get 6 NEW workouts/week! That is 48 workouts in a total!! The workouts are varied and you can scale the exercises if you need to, or go at full speed and challenge your current fitness level. You can do the workouts at home, in your gym or outdoors with simple exercise equipment.
The workouts are short (about 30 min) and intense and there are plenty of exercises to choose from each week! If you only want to workout 3times/ week you can do two of the workouts in the same session (about 60min).
