I haven’t been able to actively practicing muscle ups since my shoulder isn’t ok with the movement. I get sore afterwards and that’s putting me off from really trying to drill the movement.
Now I’m getting back in to the muscle ups and want to share some good drills I practice.
2. Learn the turn with jumping up to the rings (put a weight between your feet)
3. Do the movment from straight arms with thick resistance band under your butt and then gradually decrease the size of the band until you don’t need one.
