The focus of my training right now is to do as much upper body as possible. I want to increase my grip strength and strength in my underarms.
I do a lot of pullups (of course ) dead hang and other climbing exercises. I don’t fokus on my legs at the moment but I get some legs done in the crossfit box anyway through the workouts there.
Also I have cut some calories to shredd up and loose weight, and it makes it a bit easier to carry my own bodyweight.
I haven’t lost that much but even a shredd of 2kg can make a huge difference when climbing.
The body feels good. The training is fun but I’m hungry…. but it’s ok cause it’s only for a short period anyway.
